GAIN THE SKILL YOU NEED TO LEAD POSITIVE CHANGEThe Graduate Certificate in Organizational Leadership equips students with a more specialized understanding of leadership. To complete the certificate, you must complete 12 hours of required coursework, including studies in the culture of organizations and theories of management and leadership. You must also choose an elective option—either through coursework or the Experiential Leadership Completion Program which includes an intense five-day period on OU’s Norman campus where you will work closely with faculty, consultants, and fellow students as you experience limited lecture, experiential learning exercises, and in-depth behavioral assessments.
ABOUT THE ORGANIZATIONAL LEADERSHIP CERTIFICATE
Graduate certificates provide an opportunity for a focused program of graduate study in a specified topic. You may complete the certificate program while enrolled in a graduate degree program, or you may be admitted directly to the certificate program. The credit hours you take to complete your graduate certificate may be applied to a graduate degree program.Program Type
