The Certificate in Sustainability in Earth Sciences is offered by University of California Berkeley.

The University of California Berkeley (UCB) offers a certificate program in sustainability. This program equips students with tools to tackle some of the most pressing issues facing the world today. The program offers a practical and relevant interdisciplinary approach at the intersection of environmental, economic, social, political, and cultural issues.

The Summer Minor or Certificate in Sustainability is open to matriculated UC Berkeley undergraduates, students from other institutions, and the general public. Upon completion, UC Berkeley undergraduates receive a Minor in Sustainability while others receive a Certificate in Sustainability from UC Berkeley.

The interdisciplinary Summer Minor in Sustainability offers online and classroom courses in:
